Sarah Magill makes music for feelers as Quiet Takes. A writer and wanderer, Magill has a nomadic creative practice and is in post-production for her first full-length solo album, recorded here in Eau Claire. A rotation of friends will be joining for her first time on the Lakely stage.
Paul Hecht brings a wide musical curiosity and a commitment to jazz traditions in the piano/keyboard trio format. Hecht trained with musicians from Detroit and Chicago and now divides his time between Chicago and Eau Claire.
