Evan Walton, a singer-songwriter, originally hailing from Minneapolis, and a recent graduate of the illustrious Berklee College of Music, brings a rich blend of skills to the stage. With roots as a multi-instrumentalist and a performance history that spans the nation, Evan’s musical prowess finds himself as a notable figure in the Eau Claire based group Once More, Autumn, adding a layer of indie charm to his vibrant musical persona.

Dean Granros (guitar) and Tyler Lustek (piano) will share The Lakely stage for an evening of classic jazz standards and original compositions.

Tyler Lustek is a pianist, composer, arranger and educator from Eau Claire, WI. Tyler is involved with a variety of musical projects around the Chippewa Valley including his own quintet the Tyler Lustek Confluence, avant-garde jazz duet Lustek / Granros, piano/cello duet Duo Vivace, and the Chippewa Valley Jazz Orchestra. Tyler is also co-director of the jazz combo program at UW-Eau Claire, and teaches weekly improvisation workshops at Chippewa Falls High School.

Singer-songwriter Evan Walton is a transplant of Minneapolis and a recent graduate of Berklee College of Music. He is a multi-instrumentalist and has performed around the country most of his life. Evan is also part of the indie rock band Once More, Autumn.

Bassist Jeremy Boettcher has toured the world playing various styles of music. He has performed at the prestigious Jazz at Lincoln Center-Doha and Jazz at Lincoln Center-Shanghai. Jeremy has also toured extensively in the band S. Carey.

You can expect to hear Evan and Jeremy cover some of your favorite tunes, both new and old (perhaps with a few surprises along the way)!

Live on The Lakely Stage: Blue Ox Jazz Trio

The Blue Ox Jazz Trio is a Twin Cities based professional jazz ensemble that performs frequently in and around the metro area. Since their beginning in late 2020, the Trio has frequented Herbie’s on the Park, KJ’s Hideaway, the late Black Dog, and MetroNOME Brewery, among others. The trio performs frequently at senior living communities, and to date has presented over one hundred retirement performances. The group recorded their first album in 2021 and recently released their second in 2023. They have recently recorded their third album, set to be released in the summer of 2024.
