On Saturday, September 30, we invite you to experience with us a journey of expression, instrumentation, and improvisation. Join and witness ten unique audio and visual artists as they explore the cosmic flower, dividing the evening with their talents and vision. Traditional instrumentations will be showcased alongside synthetic and experimental instruments, all while world class Visual Synthesists project their art on The Lakely Stage in curious and dynamic ways for all to see!

The Experience will include:
Synthesis (Visual/Modular): A/V artists will use Digital/Analog (hybrid) setups to express imagery and other creations through projection. Each artist has a unique and individual approach to the processes required to bring these visuals into the world.
Organic Instrumentation: (Hand Drums / Flutes / Guitars / Etc) – Throughout the evening some traditional instruments will be included and used by artists to keep balance and provide a familiar structure to offerings of the evening.

The Blue Ox Jazz Trio is a Twin Cities based professional jazz ensemble that performs frequently in and around the metro area. Since their beginning in late 2020, the Trio has frequented Herbie’s on the Park, KJ’s Hideaway, the late Black Dog, and MetroNOME Brewery, among others. The trio performs frequently at senior living communities, and to date has presented over one hundred retirement performances. The group recorded their first album in 2021 and recently released their second in 2023. They have recently recorded their third album, set to be released in the summer of 2024.
