Weekend Brunch: Shane Leonard

Join us for our farm-focused weekend brunch (served 7am-1pm) with lively instrumental tunes from Leonard 10am-1pm. From the kitchen we offer an array of midwestern and other brunch classics including omelettes, quiche, wild rice porridge, Belgian waffles, sandwiches, and more. From the bar pick from a variety of classic and original morning drinks including mimosas, bloody marys, and others, as well as non-alcoholic concoctions and fantastic Kickapoo coffee. From the stage, Shane Leonard will play acoustic instrumentals starting at 10am.

Weekend Brunch: Josh Gallagher

Josh Gallagher is a native of Eau Claire, WI. In 2002, he went to Berklee College of music in Boston, MA on full scholarship. After two years, he was selected as the pianist in the Brubeck Institute Jazz Sextet during the 2004-2005 school year, where he performed with guest clinicians Bobby Watson, Rufus Reid, Jimmy Heath, Artistic Director Christian McBride, and Institute founder Dave Brubeck, among others. He has studied with Geoffrey Keezer, Joanne Brackeen, Hal Crook, Greg Hopkins, Phil Wilson, and Laura Caviani. He is music director and organist at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Altoona, WI, and continues to work as a jazz pianist wherever possible.

Dean Granros is a jazz and new music composer and improviser who has been blending influences from multiple genres since the late 1960’s to develop a unique and multidirectional body of work within the contexts of jazz and new music composition.”Artbunker Recordings” is a label created by Dean Granros that serves to document current and archival work spanning the artist’s career.
